Great view, good facilities, staff and residents are very happy. The tv was abit difficult to use, we couldn’t work the main bedrooms. I also would prefer a bigger drawer unit for longer stays.
What a fabulous surprise it was staying here. The apartment amazing, upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Short walk to beach, shopping centre, clubs and food. Pool and spa also fabulous. Not too busy. A special thank you to Jodie who assisted our friends when their booking had been cancelled - nobody’s fault, just one of those things that happen. Jodie assisted in every way she could and arranged accommodation for them. Could not speak highly enough. Will definitely go back. Also large enough apartment to have 10 for dinner.
Room 902 was amazing ,great view, nice modern decor and fittings ,spacious with plank flooring effect. The staff on reception are very friendly and obliging We have stayed here before some three years ago and standards haven't slipped
The only slight negative is that the main pool is in shade for much of daylight hours. The apartment building just completed does not help that. Probably no issue during summer but in August when temperatures in low twenties it’s noticeable if you want to have a swim.
Excellent service at the front desk , beautiful spacious apartment, great they had a couple of open air car spaces for our over height vehicle , this rarely available in Broadbeach.

Had a fantastic, albeit short, stay here two weeks ago. We stayed in apartment 902, which was in pristine condition, beautifully decorated and maintained. We were stuck in traffic on the way, but the after hours check-in process was super easy and hassle-free. The location is excellent, and we definitely plan to come back. Thanks you UB Team!
Loved our family stay here at Ultra! Room was clean and we had all amenities we needed, plus an amazing beach front view. Perfect location to walk to everything....beach, shops, cafes and restaurants, but you also felt away from the hustle and bustle. Yes there was construction works nearby and yes one lift wasn't working, but you only hear what you want to and we were on holidays so time waiting for the elevator didn't matter. We had a great stay and would be back in a heart beat. Thanks Ultra team 🙂
