Are there currently any maintenance works on?

Please be advised that there is nearby ongoing construction happening on the eastern side of the building, operating Monday to Saturday (not Sunday) and breaking over Christmas from 22 Dec to 3 Jan. This is not within our property however we would like to make you aware of possible noise during the construction period. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Does the resort have Free Wi-Fi?

Yes the resort does have free Wi-Fi.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes all our apartments do have air conditioning.

Are the apartments serviced daily?

Our apartments are not serviced daily as we are self-contained apartments, bookings of 9 nights or more receive a mid-stay service. If you do wish to have a daily service it can be arranged for a fee.

Does the resort supply amenities?

As we are self contained apartments a small starter pack is provided with a few essential items to get you through the first day or so. These items are not replenished and may be purchased at reception.

What is your child policy?

0-2 Years inclusive FOC when using existing bedding. Cot hire available – charges do apply.
3 Years + adult rates apply.

Do you have cot hire?

Yes we do. Cot hire is $10 per night (2 night minimum charge). Please be sure to notify our staff of your cot requirements at the time of making your booking.

Do you have safe secure parking?

Yes we do have free safe secure undercover parking.

Is your reception open 24 hours?

We do not have a 24 hour reception desk. Reception hours are:

  • Mon to Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
  • Sunday: 9:00 – 2:00pm
  • Public Holidays: 9:00am – 12:00pm.

If you do require after hours check in please contact us directly to arrange prior to arrival.

What time is check-in?

Check in time is 2:00pm. If you would like to discuss an earlier check-in time please contact us directly to arrange prior to arrival.

If you are a same day arrival booking, you must check in by 5pm, otherwsie we may not be able to accept the booking.

What time is check-out?

Check out time is 10:00am. If you would like to discuss a later check-out time please contact us directly to arrange prior to departure.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes Credit Card payments are accepted, however please note that all Visa and Mastercard payments will now incur a surcharge of 1.5% and 3% for all Amex bookings from 1st July 2023.
