All linen is provided in the apartments, and all of our apartments come fully equipped with laundry facilities for your use during your stay. Should you require extra linen or amenities during your stay, we can arrange this for an additional charge.

Pool towels can be hired for $5 each.

Our apartments are not serviced daily as we are a self-contained. Bookings of 9 nights or more receive a mid-stay service. If you do wish to have a daily service, it can be arranged for a fee.

Yes, all our apartments have air conditioning.

Yes, where room capacities allow for extra guests to be accommodated, we can offer rollaway bed hire – charges are as follows:
Rollaway bed (linen included) – $45 per night
Cot (linen included) – $10 per night with a 2-night minimum charge.

Please advise staff at the time of booking if you will require a cot.

We are pleased to offer hire of pool/beach towels and a range of other items to make your stay more enjoyable.

Hire fees cover use for the entire duration of your stay. To book your hire items or package, contact reception.

All apartments and guest areas are non-smoking, including vapes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes. We ask that you refrain from smoking in your apartment or public areas. Evidence of smoking in rooms will incur a cleaning fee payable by the guest. Management reserves the right to breach for a smoke nuisance.

As we are self-contained apartments, a small starter pack is provided with a few essential items to get you through the first day or so. These items are not replenished during the stay.

A $200 pre-authorisation ($500 for bookings in Skyhomes) will be asked for at the time of check-in to cover incidental charges (credit card must belong to the person who is registering). The pre-authorisation will be released after 7 days or for a 1-cent charge, and can be released on the day of departure if staying less than 7 days. If a credit card cannot be provided, a $500 cash bond is payable upon check-in. Cash bonds will not be refunded until a complete inspection of the vacant apartment by our staff has been conducted.

Ultra Broadbeach accepts Amex, Mastercard and Visa payments.

A current drivers licence or passport will be required at check in. This ID may be copied or stored as a record that we have verified who you are to prevent credit card fraud. Any personal information contained on the collected ID will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

No animals of any kind are permitted in the complex without the prior approval of the Body Corporate. Guests who bring animals into the complex may be evicted without the right to a refund.

As per the Guide Dogs Act 1972, section 5, Guide Dogs or Companion dogs are permitted in the complex, subject to prior approval by management and Body Corporate. Proof of registration will be requested.

There may be an extra cleaning fee included in your tariff, which will be agreed upon when making your booking. 

We do not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. We do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason, we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

Ultra Broadbeach has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking a Three Bedroom Apartment or Skyhome Apartment for a hens, bucks, birthday party or any other private event as you risk being fined and evicted.

Check-out time is 10.00am.

All late check-out requests must be pre-arranged and approved with reception, as they are based on availability. Please note that this has an additional fee.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Public Holidays: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm (subject to change)

If you are arriving outside of reception hours, please contact Reception at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Children aged 0-2 are included in the price if using existing bedding. Please note we do have cots available to hire for an additional charge. Children aged 3 years+ are at adult rates.

0-2 Years inclusive = FOC when using existing bedding. Cot hires available – charges do apply
3+ Years = adult rates apply.

All extras can be added to your booking prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

Yes, you’re welcome to request a particular view or apartment level when booking. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, we do have a luggage room available so that you can leave your bags on arrival or departure.

Yes! Ultra Broadbeach is conveniently located near Woolworths and Coles, making it easy to stock up on groceries during your stay.

We recommend this as a perfect way to start your holiday, so feel free to order your groceries online prior to your arrival.

As we are unable to accept or store your grocery items, please ensure your delivery time coincides with a time that you will be onsite to accept your groceries so that the delivery driver is able to contact you promptly on arrival.

Yes, we do have free, safe, secure undercover parking.
One car space per apartment is available complimentary in our underground secured car park.
The car park has a height restriction of 2.1 meters. Over-height vehicle parking is not available on site.

Yes, our lap pool is heated year round for your enjoyment.

Yes, the Gold Coast beaches are generally safe for swimming, with patrolled areas during peak times. We always recommend swimming between the flags and following local safety signs. Keep an eye on children and weaker swimmers, and be aware of tides and surf conditions.
